Certain Professional information may be displayed publicly on Professional profiles.

A verification status does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of a Professional.

Professionals may purchase credits, leads, subscriptions, or other paid Prime Contracts features.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe or another authorized payment provider.

Prime Contracts may receive payment-related information such as:

  • Last four digits or payment-method identifier where provided by the processor;

  • Professional preferences;

  • Customer requirements; and

Matching does not guarantee that a Professional will be hired or that a Customer will receive a response.

19. HOW CUSTOMER INFORMATION IS SHARED WITH PROFESSIONALS

One of the primary purposes of Prime Contracts is to connect Customers with Professionals.

When a Customer submits a service request, portions of the request may be shown to Professionals who match the project.

Before a lead is purchased or unlocked, Professionals may receive limited information such as:

  • Service requested;
  • General location;
  • Budget;
  • Project description;
  • Project timeframe;
  • Questionnaire responses; and
  • Other non-restricted lead information.

After an authorized Professional purchases or unlocks a lead, Prime Contracts may provide additional Customer information necessary for the Professional to respond to the request, which may include:

  • Customer name;
  • Telephone number;
  • Email address;
  • Preferred contact method; and
  • Project-related information.

By submitting a service request, Customers understand that information necessary to obtain responses may be shared with qualified Professionals in accordance with the Platform's functionality and this Privacy Policy.

20. PROFESSIONAL USE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Professionals receiving Customer information through Prime Contracts may use that information only for legitimate purposes related to responding to the Customer's service request and as otherwise permitted by law.

Professionals may not:

  • Sell Customer information;
  • Publish Customer contact information;
  • Scrape Customer data;
  • Build unauthorized marketing databases from lead information;
  • Share Customer information with unrelated third parties;
  • Harass Customers;
  • Send unauthorized spam; or
  • Use Customer information for unlawful purposes.

Violation of these requirements may result in suspension or termination.

21. INFORMATION SHARED WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS

Prime Contracts may share information with companies that provide services necessary to operate the Platform.

The sharing of Customer information with Professionals for the purpose of responding to a Customer's requested service is part of the marketplace service.

Prime Contracts does not authorize Professionals to purchase Customer information for unrelated data-broker purposes.

Any use of personal information for advertising or other purposes that legally constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy law will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements and user rights.

23. LEGAL DISCLOSURES

Prime Contracts may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:
